Probably not, she doesn't seem to know very much at all. She is either a victim of the media or a critique. Never someone who is actually contributing anything worth while.

I don't think she wrote the speech, so it may not be fair to blame here. However, here criticisms of Obama's teleprompter speeches now seem hypocritical. I felt awkward for her when I watched her speech, and you could clearly see the reflection of her teleprompter in her glasses.
